Structure Resources is seeking a Belt Splicer / Conveyor Belt Technician for a direct-hire opportunity with a well-established and growing industrial services contractor supporting mining and heavy industrial operations nationwide. We’re looking for a hands-on, safety-focused belt splicer with mechanical aptitude and experience installing, maintaining, and repairing conveyor belt systems in demanding environments. This individual will play a key role in field services, supporting shutdowns, installations, and ongoing maintenance while working closely with foremen, crews, and clients.

What They’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
1–3 years of experience in conveyor belt installation, belt splicing, or industrial mechanical work preferred
Experience with mechanical fasteners and hot/cold vulcanizing
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, and industrial safety practices
Willingness to travel and work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75–100 lbs. safely
Key Responsibilities
Perform conveyor belt installation, maintenance, repair, and belt splicing
Promote a safe work environment through toolbox talks and safety procedures
Conduct inspections, preventative maintenance, and system troubleshooting
Assist with conveyor assembly and disassembly during shutdowns and installations
Safely operate tools and specialized splicing equipment
Document work performed and communicate job progress with supervisors and clients
Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with all company policies
