We are partnering with a reputable electrical contractor to help them find a Senior Project Manager to join their team. Responsibilities:
 
- Lead and manage electrical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality objectives.
 - Oversee and coordinate all project phases, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
 - Manage large-scale projects, with a particular focus on data centers and other mission-critical facilities.
 - Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial control across all aspects of the project.
 - Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
 - Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve any challenges to ensure successful project outcomes.
 - Supervise project teams, ensuring efficient performance and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
 - Drive business development by fostering relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
 - Provide detailed progress reports to clients and senior leadership, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
 
 
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the electrical contracting industry.
- Strong background in managing data center or mission-critical projects, with a solid understanding of the unique requirements in these sectors.
 - Experience managing large project budgets and delivering projects on time and within financial parameters.
 - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 - Ability to coordinate with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders.
 - In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, project management methodologies, and safety standards.
 - Willingness to travel as needed
