Structure Resources is seeking a QA/QC Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with a growing, nationally recognized electrical contractor. This firm delivers complex electrical projects across commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors, providing design, build, and maintenance services, and is known for quality execution, innovation, and an employee-focused culture.
We're looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager with a background in electrical construction, preferably with ground-up data center projects. This individual will lead quality assurance and quality control efforts across multiple projects—ensuring all work meets contract requirements, industry standards, and internal quality processes while supporting project teams in delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality installations.
This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to oversee quality programs on complex commercial and industrial projects nationwide.
What They’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in QA/QC or construction quality management, preferably in electrical construction for data centers
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, OR equivalent industry experience
Deep knowledge of electrical codes (NEC), standards, and construction practices
Proven experience developing and implementing QA/QC programs, procedures, and inspection protocols
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple QA/QC teams across projects
Experience with RFIs, submittals, testing procedures, and reporting
Key Responsibilities
Lead QA/QC programs for ground-up data center electrical construction projects
Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and checklists
Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards
Review and approve drawings, submittals, and RFIs for quality and compliance
Oversee field QA/QC teams and provide guidance on quality issues and corrective actions
Track and document non-conformances, corrective actions, inspections, and testing
Prepare reports and maintain QA/QC documentation for internal and client review
Participate in project meetings to provide QA/QC updates and guidance
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry best practices

This will be a travel role with an 11 on, 3 off schedule.
