Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with high-value clients across the construction industry.
  • Drive new business acquisition and grow existing accounts.
  • Provide labor productivity consulting to clients, helping improve sector efficiency.
  • Travel up to 50% to meet with clients and manage accounts.
  • Regularly visit job sites to foster strong client connections, identify project needs, and ensure consistent satisfaction.
  • Actively support and promote safety measures for all craft professionals, ensuring a safe work environment across all locations.

 

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of high-level experience in construction staffing and labor consulting.
  • Expertise in national, industrial, and mission-critical sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong business development skills and a track record of acquiring new clients.
  • Experience in providing consulting and creating customized labor solutions.
