Structure Resources is seeking a Project Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with a growing, nationally recognized electrical contractor. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in electrical construction, preferably with ground-up data center projects. This individual will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications.

What They’re Looking For
5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects, preferably ground-up data centers
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, OR equivalent industry experience
Proficiency with electrical design and project software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or similar)
Strong understanding of NEC standards, electrical codes, and data center construction practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and teams
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of ground-up data center electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Coordinate with clients, vendors, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and correspondence
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and installation details
Lead project meetings, provide direction to field teams, and resolve technical or logistical issues
Maintain project documentation, as-built drawings, and closeout packages
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry best practices

This will be a travel role with an 11 on, 3 off schedule (various project locations)
