My client is seeking an experienced Painting / Coatings Project Manager to join their Leadership Team. This is a full-time, direct hire, salaried position with a great company that has a strong team environment and ample room for upward mobility. There is a plan in place for this role to develop into a Divisional Manager, Operations Manager and maybe a VP of Operations role as the company continues to scale.
They are looking for a PM who has experience working on Oil & Gas, Mining Equipment, or Ship coating projects. Work is typically performed for clients in the Oil & Gas vertical like piping, tanks, silos, etc. using Sherplate and Carboline. This is a remote based role with a 25% national travel component, and you would have oversight of 5 travelling crews of 3-5 painters / Supervisors in various locations.
The compensation package includes a base salary targeting $100K to $120K+ DOE, vehicle allowance/gas card, company bonus, robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, company match health savings account, company match 401k or Employee Stock Options Plan, paid holidays, PTO, upward mobility, and many other health and savings options for individual and family care.
