Our client is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead electrical projects from initiation through completion. This individual will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves coordinating with field teams, clients, and executive leadership, and will require occasional national travel.

What They're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical contracting
Strong background managing data center or mission-critical projects
3+ years managing large-scale electrical construction projects (design/build preferred)
Experience managing project budgets and delivering on time
Strong understanding of NEC, OSHA standards, and low-voltage systems
Ability to produce project cost projections, manage schedules, and handle change orders
Proficiency with Accubid or similar estimating software
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple active projects and collaborate with field superintendents
Willingness to travel nationally as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects from initiation/preconstruction through turnover, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met
Oversee all project phases: planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout
Prepare monthly and bi-weekly cost reports (Profit Projections, WIP)
Maintain project schedules, pay applications, RFIs, and change order logs
Coordinate manpower needs with General Superintendent
Foster strong client, vendor, and subcontractor relationships
Approve vendor invoices and ensure alignment between office and field operations
Review addenda, identify and resolve project issues, and keep all parties informed
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes
Provide detailed progress reports to clients and senior leadership
