Training Integrator

Summit Technologies, Inc. has an available position for a Training Integrator. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for using SharePoint applications and supporting other office projects. This position is located at the Knowledge Management Office under the KM Services Branch, and is located at Ft. Eisenhower, GA. This is a government contract and requires a U.S. Citizenship with a minimum active Interim Secret clearance to start, with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

As of the 1st of the year we have had our contract extended and we are looking to bring candidates in for a short-term 3 to 6 month contract. This would be a great opportunity for people who think they are not qualified but are looking to build on their experience. Candidates who are retired from the federal space can lend their past experience and knowledge for a short-term role. We are looking for people who have experience using SharePoint, business process, knowledge management, tier II helpdesk, service desk, system administration, business analysis, and systems analysis. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare training classes to be given in a classroom, deskside, and virtual.
  • Respond by telephone or email to students’ questions.
  • Understand concepts behind Knowledge Management.
  • Recognize how to use Adobe Acrobat for adding signature blocks.
  • Be open to learning new concepts like GEARS, Task Management Tools, and Strategic Management System for possible future classes.
  • Maintain various military-directed certifications.
  • Provide administration and technical support to the team.

Experience Requirements:

  • Total of 10 years of work experience.
  • 5 years of training experience before moderate-sized audiences in classrooms and remotely.
  • Demonstrated work experience with SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online lists, pages, and permissions.
  • Knowledge Management environment experience a strong plus.
  • Must be familiar with the latest MS 365 suite of applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Teams, Forms, and Power Apps.
  • Should have basic experience working with SharePoint 2013 & SharePoint Online.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent work experience may be substituted)

Security Clearance:

  • Active DoD Secret, with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
