Description:This new position is joining an existing development team supporting multiple high-profile web application projects within the FSE section. These projects include .Net MVC web applications with an Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 backend and mainframe applications that are being converted to web applications using ASP.Net with connectivity to DB2. This position may also take part in mobile app development. This position includes post-production support of applications. Deliverables include design documentation, estimates for development, and quality code developed on time.Project duties include requirements analysis, design, web application development, testing, and implementation of ASP.Net MVC, AJAX, JQuery, JavaScript, Entity and Bootstrap frameworks. Hardware/Software Environment:Web/console(batch) environment, Windows 2012/2016 web & batch/application servers, ASP.Net using C#, SQL Server, Active Directory, IIS, Oracle, and DB2.1) Other Notes to Vendors:1) An in person interview may be required before a final hire is made. The hiring manager has discretion to allow phone or Skype interviews at any point during the process.2) Resumes should be no longer than 3 pages.3) This position is for an onsite position in Madison, WI.4) Please bring three (3) business references to an interview.5) The selected candidate will be required to sign exhibit B (attached) as part of the onboarding process.6) The selected candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check.7) This position is budgeted for 1960 hours annually. Hours will be prorated the first year based on start date.8) DCF does not sponsor work visas, either at the time of hire or at any later date.9) In coordination with the “Safer At Home” guidelines, contracted staff will work with their manger to access work remotely as needed temporarily. However, contract staff will be required to return to the home office for regular business hours as restrictions allow.
