CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS

This assignment minimally requires:

·3 years of experience of developing and configuring SharePoint, including SharePoint Designer workflows

·In-depth knowledge of the SharePoint fundamentals such as Lists, Libraries, Views, Content Types, Columns, Web Parts and Workflows and how to use them to promote a configure before develop philosophy

·Experience managing SharePoint on line infrastructure

·Experience in configuring & administering Site Collections, Sub Sites

·Experience configuring SharePoint Online and wider Microsoft 365 technologies (PowerApps, Flow/Power Automate, Teams, Delve)

·Understanding of SPFX, JQuery, SharePoint Designer 2013 and Office 365 patterns and practices

 

The anticipated duration of this engagement is through June 30, 2021 with the possibility of an extension. Consultant will be required to work on site at the Madison College Truax campus.

 

 

Responsibilities:

· Responsibility for the configuration and support of the Madison College SharePoint solution

· Identify new SharePoint opportunities and promoting ‘SharePoint as a Service’ internally within Madison College

· Maintain service(s) in all environments in line with business requirements and Change management process

· Responsible for design and delivery of service(s)

· Provide a high Level of support to global users in line with agreed SLA’s

· Keeping up to date Systems documentation for service(s); this includes run-books, operational documentation, user guides and training documentation as required

· Responsibility for applicable service enhancements in co-ordination with Project Manager and in line with the direction of Madison College systems strategy

Required skills and experience:

· 3 years of experience of developing and configuring SharePoint, including SharePoint Designer workflows

· Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

· Agile foundation desirable

· Experience supporting users with SharePoint

· In-depth knowledge of the SharePoint fundamentals such as Lists, Libraries, Views, Content Types, Columns, Web Parts and Workflows and how to use them to promote a configure before develop philosophy

· Experience managing SharePoint on line infrastructure

· Experience in configuring & administering Site Collections, Sub Sites

· Experience configuring SharePoint Online and wider Microsoft 365 technologies (PowerApps, Flow/Power Automate, Teams, Delve)

· Understanding of SPFX, JQuery, SharePoint Designer 2013 and Office 365 patterns and practices
