What You’ll Do
• Own the Top of Funnel: Commit to 2 hours/day cold calling + 2 hours/day multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, other channels) until you’ve built a full pipeline and have the math worked out to consistently hit your targets. This isn’t about blasting lists—it’s about focused, quality outreach.
• Close the Deals You Source: You’ll immediately begin working opportunities you generate and will manage them end-to-end.
• Ramp Quickly with a Proven Playbook: We’ll give you a process that produces meetings from Day One while you learn our product and market.
• Work SMB Deals: Deal sizes typically range from $5k–$10k ARR, selling primarily to HR and benefits decision makers. What Success Looks Like
• 11+ new opportunities per month generated from your own outreach.
• Consistent, disciplined daily activity and predictable pipeline generation.
• Strong progress toward six-figure earnings through a combination of self-sourced and team-sourced deals.
Who You Are
• Proven track record booking meetings and generating pipeline in B2B sales, ideally with HR or benefits buyers.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and driven by accountability and action.
• Excited to manage the full sales cycle while continuing to excel at top-of-funnel prospecting.
• Comfortable adapting to a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment where tools and processes evolve quickly.
• Motivated to learn, improve, and build long-term earning potential through skill and effort.
