About the SDR Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, sparking interest, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. You’ll learn how to confidently discuss AI-driven customer support solutions that help businesses scale smarter and deliver exceptional experiences. This is a high-energy role for someone eager to blend curiosity about technology with the drive to succeed in sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Engaging prospects in conversations about customer support challenges and solutions
• Qualifying leads and booking meetings for Account Executives
• Meeting and exceeding outreach and conversion goals
