A clear path to growth with many advancing into Senior BDR and Account Executive roles within 6-12 months About the BDR Role As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll take a consultative approach to introducing a student success platform that’s already in use by top-tier institutions across North America. Your goal: connect with forward-thinking academic leaders, understand their goals, and set high-quality meetings for the sales team to move conversations forward. This is a meaningful, metrics-driven role that rewards curiosity, hustle, and heart.
