About the Customer Success Manager Role

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to join a scaling AI company that’s reshaping intelligent document processing for the enterprise. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the charge in delivering a best-in-class customer journey - from onboarding and activation to long-term success and expansion.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to build scalable systems, deepen client relationships, and drive measurable results. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving real problems with real users, you’ll feel right at home.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full post-sales customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, success, and renewal
  • Build scalable systems and playbooks to support consistent, high-quality experiences
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to your customers - helping them unlock full value from the platform
  • Analyze usage data to track health, identify risks, and act proactively
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on customer goals and ensure satisfaction
  • Contribute to process development, internal tooling, and best practices as the team scales
  • Turn customer feedback into actionable insights that inform product and support decisions

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts and supporting complex customer journeys
  • Background in B2B SaaS or AI/ML software preferred
  • Strong communication skills across both business and technical audiences
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or Totango
  • Bonus: Experience with APIs, OCR, LLMs, or human-in-the-loop AI platforms
