About the Role with Our Employer Partner
Our employer partner is a leader in SaaS innovation, providing powerful tools for revenue teams to scale efficiently. As an SDR, you’ll learn what world-class outbound prospecting looks like while contributing directly to pipeline growth. You’ll join a team with high standards, meaningful coaching, and a commitment to results.
What You’ll Do
Own phone-first outbound outreach for 2–3 client campaigns
Book at least 13 qualified meetings per client/month with a 70%+ hold rate
Make approximately 210 dials per day using cutting-edge sales enablement tools
Master call architecture, talk tracks, and objection handling strategies
Log performance, receive coaching, and improve consistently
You’ll build skills in:
Cold outbound campaign strategy
Qualification and discovery
Objection handling and closing
RevOps tools and sales psychology

Basic Requirements
Full-time availability for the 12-week residency
1+ year experience in high-volume environments (sales, support, operations, etc.)
Proven history of meeting activity or performance targets
Comfortable with outbound outreach and handling objections
Willingness to work hybrid from the Salt Lake City, UT office (3 days/week)
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems and processes quickly
Strong verbal and written communication skills
