About the BDR Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your goal is to build relationships, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team, while developing your sales skills along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Educate prospects about our products and services

  • Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives

  • Meet and exceed outreach and conversion targets

  • Learn prospecting strategies, CRM tools, and earn a Sales Certification

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability for the duration of the Residency

  • A clear understanding of the BDR role and how your skills align with it

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
