About the SDR Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll take a consultative approach to engaging prospective clients and setting high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Discovery & Qualification
  • Outbound Campaign Execution
  • Collaboration with AEs & Marketing
  • Pipeline Building & Reporting

-- Understands manufacturing, packaging, and logistics challenges (e.g. labor shortages, SKU variability)

-- Skilled at asking smart discovery questions to uncover automation opportunities

Resilient & Self-Motivated

-- Comfortable with rejection and fast feedback cycles

-- Takes initiative and thrives in an unstructured, startup-style sales environment

Excellent Communicator

-- Sharp, concise writing for email/LinkedIn outreach

-- Confident and clear on phone or Zoom with operations managers, plant directors, and logistics leads

Detail-Oriented & Organized

-- Keeps pipeline and CRM data clean and up to date

-- Follows through on tasks and maintains consistency in prospecting efforts

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Curiosity about robotics, AI, and the future of automation
  • Ability to speak credibly with both operations teams and technical buyers
  • Resilience in outbound sales and rejection handling
  • Strong written communication for personalized outreach
  • Prior experience or interest in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial tech is a big plus
