What You’ll Do

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers—helping them explore a cutting-edge platform transforming how service-based businesses deliver exceptional client experiences. You'll become a critical part of a revenue-generating team, building strong pipelines and sparking high-impact conversations.

  • Prospect and engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, social media, and events

  • Communicate the product’s value clearly to executive-level decision-makers

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and generate opportunities

  • Research target accounts to uncover business challenges and align solutions

  • Use tools like Salesforce and Outreach to manage your pipeline and track activities

  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly activity and performance metrics

What You’ll Learn

  • Sales foundations, prospecting techniques, and tech industry tools

  • How to identify pain points, deliver compelling messaging, and build trust

  • Real-world selling in one of today’s most dynamic industries

  • Salesforce, CRM management, and pipeline tracking best practices

You’ll also earn an SV Academy Sales Certification, preparing you for a long-term career in SaaS sales.

Qualifications

  • Interest or experience in sales, marketing, tech, or customer-facing roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational habits and a proactive mindset

  • Comfortable with outreach and navigating conversations with new contacts

  • Full-time availability required

  • Prior exposure to tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or Outreach is a plus (not required)
