The Role
As an SDR, you will be at the heart of the sales process, generating new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and qualifying leads. You will play a key role in driving growth and expanding the company’s footprint by reaching out to decision-makers in a variety of industries.

This residency offers you the opportunity to work closely with senior sales professionals, gain hands-on experience with a dynamic tech solution, and contribute to shaping the future of the company. Your primary focus will be to create meaningful conversations with prospects and help them discover the transformative value of the company’s platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and engage potential clients using multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, and events)

  • Qualify leads through discovery calls, identifying key needs and pain points

  • Articulate the value proposition of the company’s platform to decision-makers, highlighting its ability to drive efficiency and business growth

  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives

  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and track all outreach activities

  • Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics, such as outreach volume, meetings set, and pipeline growth
