About the Role As a BDR Team Lead, you’ll lead by example by prospecting strategically, mentoring new team members, and helping shape the sales development motion for a company that’s scaling rapidly. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership to refine messaging, improve processes, and accelerate team performance while maintaining your own active pipeline. This role offers a fast path to promotion into an Account Executive role within 12 months for top performers. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a small team of BDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline and revenue goals. Execute your own outbound prospecting and qualification to drive high-quality meetings and set the bar for excellence. Support new BDRs with onboarding, call coaching, and feedback to accelerate their ramp and confidence. Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to optimize outreach strategies, messaging, and target account lists. Analyze activity and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and celebrate team wins. Maintain and report on key performance metrics using CRM and sales engagement tools. Who We’re Looking For SaaS Sales Experience: 2+ years in a BDR/SDR or Inside Sales role within a SaaS environment, with proven success generating qualified pipeline. Natural Mentor: You enjoy helping others grow, giving feedback, and leading by example. High Performer: You’ve consistently exceeded goals and are ready to leverage that experience to elevate a team. Strategic Thinker: You see the big picture and find ways to improve workflows, outreach, and conversion.
