As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the frontlines of building meaningful client connections, mastering modern sales strategies, and contributing to a mission that’s shaping the future of customer and market insights.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with potential customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Introduce prospects to innovative insight and intelligence solutions designed for industries like finance, government, consulting, and corporate strategy
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives
- Consistently meet (and exceed!) outreach and conversion goals
- Gain mastery of prospecting strategies, CRM systems, and modern sales tools -all while earning a recognized Sales Certification
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills:
- Resilience and motivation to push through challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Confidence in outreach and cold calling
- Receptive to coaching and feedback
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Outlook
- Previous B2B SaaS experience a plus
- Knowledge of association or nonprofit sectors beneficial
