About the SDR Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll take a consultative approach to outbound prospecting - helping revenue leaders and marketers discover how they can generate more pipeline by leveraging AI, internal insights, and social signals. You’ll be booking qualified meetings for Account Executives and playing a key role in scaling an early-stage company’s GTM motion.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Research and identify ideal customer profiles using LinkedIn, CRM, and internal tools
Engage with potential customers via cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
Use company data, sales call transcripts, and market trends to craft personalized outreach
Educate prospects on how AI-generated social content and buyer intent tools can help them book more meetings
Qualify leads and book discovery calls for Account Executives
Continuously test and improve messaging, sequences, and outreach strategies
Required Skills:
Curiosity and creativity when it comes to outbound messaging and social selling
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using LinkedIn and email for prospecting
Coachable mindset and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced sales environment
Preferred Qualifications:
1–2 years of prior SDR, marketing, or customer-facing experience
Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, Apollo)
Familiarity with social selling, content marketing, or AI tools
Interest in B2B SaaS and the future of sales
