The Assistant Manager, Loan Servicing manages and directs all aspects of the Bank’s loan servicing functions. This may include, but is not limited to specialized activities to support Customer Service, Investor Reporting and Balancing, Tax and Insurance Monitoring, Payment Servicing and Research, Payoffs, New Account Boarding, ARMs, HELOCs, Default Support, Modifications, and Imaging. Has an in-depth understanding of governing rules and regulations and the implication of processes on other groups within the department and other divisions within the bank. Researches and resolves complex operational issues. Helps provide data conversion and mapping assistance to the Loan Servicing Manager as necessary in connection with the acquisition of new partner banks.
