New Client Development – Residential Mortgage Consulting /Advisory Services

Description

The Business Development Executive, will be responsible for sales efforts to generate exclusive engagements for clients residential due diligence and consulting business lines. The primary focus will be marketing to loan originators, servicers and secondary market participants for their collateral document and title curative services.

Responsibilities

  1. Establish and qualify new client contacts
  2. Complete initial opportunity evaluation
  3. Convert relationships into exclusive mandate
  4. Work as part of team with operations to develop services to meet client’s objectives
  5. Develop market intelligence on new services
  6. Adjust content of sales presentation to client situation
  7. Attend industry conferences
  8. Participate within group to develop marketing strategies to broaden services
  9. Keep senior management informed by updating Salesforce and participating in sales calls


Ideal Background/Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, concentration in Real Estate a plus
  2. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience marketing residential mortgage services
  3. Proven track record of closing
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Ability to self-manage and prioritize work
  6. Extensive travel required
