REAL ESTATE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Generate new mortgage loan lending opportunities by developing relationships with area brokers/builders and developers, make external sales calls to any and all potential sources of mortgage loans. Interact directly with members, employees, and non-affiliated realtors, builders, and others to develop new mortgage business opportunities. Oversee a team of mortgage professionals, why leading and mentoring new team members
Duties and Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Actively networking your realtor, builder and other resource of referrals, keeping engaged in the community, attending business outlets, i.e., HBA Association, RRAR events and New Business expos.
Deliver best in class service to our partners, relay our strong product mix of portfolio, construction and secondary programs to fit most any loan

Team Results; Working with our partners within Credit Union to promote all services offered. Maintain the high standard of service and respect among mortgage co-workers and our business partners.
Minimum of five years single family mortgage production experience. Experience in a role requiring knowledge of lending post TRID/Compliance and the new regulatory requirements, i.e. new disclosures.
Experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook High school diploma or equivalent.
