Position Summary

Syncfusion is hiring for competitive Lead Qualification Representatives (LQR). We are looking to develop driven, team-oriented individuals to identify missed and/or additional customer opportunities.

This representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious growth objectives. To be successful, you must be able to tailor your approach when speaking with a variety of clients, from C-level executives to developers to managers, etc. This position is expected to make an average of 75 outbound calls to a targeted list per day. To be clear, you will not be selling our products or services themselves but reaching out to our existing customers to share product and licensing information with the goal of upgrading/adding to their existing services.

Each Lead Qualification Representative will get credit for the prospects that are qualified for an upgrade and passed along to the upgrade team. Your target will be 20 qualified leads each month.

The LQR position is a base salary plus incentive role, where you will be paid for each qualified lead. Your effort will have direct impact on your income with HUGE potential for growth.

**This is currently a virtual position due to the COVID-19 pandemic; as the situation evolves, this may change to an in-person, office-based position in Morrisville, N.C., or become a hybrid remote and in- office role.**

Essential Job Functions

  • Reach out and prospect existing clients to generate and qualify additional opportunities.
  • Meet a monthly minimum goal of 20 qualified opportunities.
  • Make an average of 75 luke-warm exploration calls per day.
  • Clearly articulate product advantages and qualify clients when there is a match.
  • Understand the license structure of the client and work toward growth and expansion with the client where applicable.
  • Maintain continuous communication with the client while facilitating solutions efficiently and accurately. Arrange overviews and presentations utilizing technical resources.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions in order to address client questions accurately.
  • Maintain accurate notes and records in Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Effectively connect with decision-makers (C-level executives to developers to managers, etc.) and tailor your approach based on your audience.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of processes associated with internal software programs in addition to the following: Outlook/Microsoft 365, GoToMeeting, Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.

Experience and Education/Skills

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Outbound and cold-calling experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport quickly and provide value with every client interaction.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other social sales tools preferred.
