This position supports Large Group in the achievement of account retention and profitability goals, and to meet or exceed enrollment targets for membership. This role also supports activities promoting strategic relationship building with customers through the execution of Client Service's service models for large group and key accounts which defines the driving principles and protocols for account management activities with all constituents - brokers, consultants and client. Working with account managers, this position is responsible for contributing to and supporting all client services and account management activities to ensure that THP achieves the appropriate level of service for all constituents.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree is required.
EXPERIENCE: This role requires 1 to 3 years business support or customer service experience, preferably in managed health care.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate must be able to work cooperatively as a team member with different levels of staff and have regard for confidential data, as well as adhere to the corporate compliance policy. This role requires presentation and meeting management skills to represent THP at client health fairs, etc. This role also requires flexibility, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and good judgment. Basic presentation skills, solid Tufts Health Plan knowledge and industry experience are also required.
The successful candidate must be able to work cooperatively as a team member and have exceptional relationship building skills. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively with a broad spectrum of people, both internally and externally, in person, via email and on the telephone. This position also requires customer service experience, communication skills, self-management, ability to act independently, technical aptitude and a basic knowledge of internal systems, Microsoft Office, CRM System, operations, and infrastructure.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Fast paced office environment requires handling multiple demands and exercising appropriate judgment as necessary. Must have the ability to prioritize, attention to detail and the ability to identify emergency situations and follow the appropriate protocol.
This role requires a high energy level; The successful candidate should be able to lift and carry heavy materials to off-site appointments and health fairs. This position spend 70% of the time in the office and 30% of the time on the road. Local travel while using own car with a valid driver' s license is required. Job may require early morning, evening or weekend hours.
