Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly ethical Standard Compliance Manager to join our team. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing ethical standards and policies across the organization and ensuring that the organization operates in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have direct involvement in designing organizational processes and managing implementation plans for key elements of the Compliance Program & Controls Assurance. We are looking for a hands-on, collaborative Compliance professional who has a strong understanding of corporate ethics principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a global workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement compliance standards and supporting processes that align with the organization's values and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and facilitate trainings to employees on compliance-related topics and decision-making processes.
  • Maintain effective communication channels to develop strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, HR, and compliance, to ensure that organizational processes are aligned with the company’s compliance policies and with wider legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Run project planning sessions for the Legal & Compliance Team and for other business functions and stakeholders to guide successful implementation of new procedures.
  • Monitor and review industry, regulatory and legislative changes and follow up with appropriate areas to ensure agreed changes are implemented into company processes.
  • Monitor that regulatory policies have been implemented, documented, and communicated throughout the organization.
  • Consolidate & gather the appropriate data required for metrics, tracking, and reporting of compliance standards across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in compliance/operations/consulting/business analysis or project management-based roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Governance, or a related field is required.
  • Qualification in CCEP, LPEC and/or relevant ISO standards preferred.
  • Solid understanding of risk and compliance principles and frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across a multi-national company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to the changing needs of the business to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to travel 20%-30% is required.

This role requires 4 days on-site in the office
