Avangrid is looking for a Customer Service Analyst to join their team in Binghamton, NY.

Position provides overall support to Customer Service organization. Responsibilities include tracking and trending of performance measures, benchmarking, and best practice review. Responsible for organizing data and making process improvement recommendations based on analytics. Responsible for generating reports as required.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

• Responsible for trending performance measures and identifying opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
• Coordinate benchmarking both internally and externally.
• Provide managerial support for budgeting, forecasting and variance reporting.
• Plan and organize meetings, web calls, conference calls, video calls portals and events. May include some project work.
• General support of customer service leadership team as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelors Degree preferred. Associates Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or High School/GED with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required.

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills. 
• Strong time management and organizational skills. 
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Access, Excel, Outlook, Power Point & Word).
• Microsoft Visio and Project.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
