Our rapidly growing team is looking for a Benefits and Equity Manager to join our team in London. The Benefits & Equity Manager will work closely with the People Leadership and Finance teams to ensure our RSU, Comp & Benefits programs are compliant to enable a world class working culture. They will be responsible for managing ECARX's equity compensation programs, overseeing the Equity Plan, educating the global team on stock-option compensation. 

Responsibilities: 

• Managing ECARX's equity compensation programs (currently stock options, RSUs)
• Overseeing and executive our Equity Plan
• Collaborating with finance to communicate stock valuation
• Collaborating closely with the finance team on all matters related to reporting and filings.
• Education of stock option-based compensation throughout the global ECARX team
• This role would report to the Chief HR Officer initially and then Global Head of Compensation & Benefits with a highly collaborative relationship with the VP of Accounting & Finance

Qualifications:

• Experience working within post-IPO business with Stock based compensation
• Knowledge of best-in-class compensation structures (RSUs, LTIP etc)
• Demonstrated success working in a high-demand environment with tight deliverables.
• Superb organizational skills: ability to prioritize and process a high volume of work for multiple team members while maintaining the highest quality.
• Poise, polish, organization and communication skills commensurate with what is required to engage with internal clients and external candidates of a high professional caliber.
• Excellent relationship and management skills.
• Drive to deliver results, take accountability and ownership of work, and proactively strive for continuous improvement.
• Passion for people, service-oriented nature and desire to help others
• A high degree of EQ to break down problems from first principal and the ability to think creatively about how to create world leading experiences that ensure that we create effective & memorable processes for ECARX candidates.
