They have an immediate opening for an ambitious, self-reliant Administrative Assistant. Come work with us in our soon to opened Livingston, NJ showroom, where you will:

  • Take calls into the showroom.
  • Meet with customers in the showroom with professionalism, high standards of customer service, and expertise in window treatments.
  • Be an expert in our company's capabilities, product offerings, service information, and pricing.
  • Have a demonstrated track record of success in an entrepreneurial retail environment.
  • Help set installs for customers.

Since 1934, our family has been serving our local communities with passion for design and providing customized solutions with high levels of service and expertise. Now a 3rd generation family business, we are growing, and as a part of that, will be opening a new location in Livingston, NJ.

We offer the custom window blinds, shades and shutters you are looking for with Hunter Douglas window treatments. Making a style statement and designing functional solutions for your home, our designers come to you for a FREE, in-home consultation. We also bring beauty and function to your windows with custom draperies and top treatments. Our Green Brook location of Fabricland is New Jersey’s largest fabric sewing and window fashions store. No matter your style or project, we have gorgeous fabrics to customize your home.

About You

You will have the capability for, and the interest in scheduling, design, and customer challenges. You will be required to lead our store to reach revenue targets through greeting customers in the showroom, follow-ups, and ultimately, customer satisfaction. In your background, you will have demonstrated:

  • Effective phone/in-person communication with vendors, customers, co-workers, and management.
  • Resourcefulness in problem-solving in a customer-centric environment.
  • Ability to learn and understand basic window treatment design/installation.
  • Be extremely detail oriented and have good organizational skills.
  • Work under deadlines/pressure and stay focused and on task.
