The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the execution of our food safety programs, including managing teams, setting project timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring project goals are met. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans and timelines for food safety programs
• Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact project outcomes
• Oversee project teams to ensure that project goals are met
• Communicate project status and progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial goals are met
• Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
• Develop and implement project management best practices and processes
• Identify areas for process improvement and optimization
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines

Qualifications and Experience:

• Commensurate experience or a bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field
• 3-5 years of project management experience, with experience in food safety or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of food safety principles and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience with project management software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Prior labor organizing experience a plus
