As an Information Management Analyst, you will be called upon to provide multifaceted duties within the structure of Kingsley Gate including supporting all data entry, market intelligence and research needs supporting the research and recruiting team. You will be a key resource to timely project management related to data entry, stay current on industry activity, cold calling, staying current on industry news, preparing, and proofing documents, posting documents in our internal system and client portal, updating weekly status reports, adding resumes to Galaxy, and responding to Kingsley Gate employees, client, and candidate requirements as appropriate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Involved in data entry and data quality tasks, to ensure that information utilized by search teams is timely and accurate.
• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
• Research and identify prospective talent skills to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for each engagement.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Update existing data.
• Clear out files to eliminate duplication of data.
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• Develop organization charts for top companies.
• Analyze industry trends.
• Coordinate the internal and external capture of knowledge, interpreting relevance and disseminating the information.
• Manage an ongoing data entry project workload.
• Manage existing tools and technologies to assist in the identification to top talent.
• May initiate dialogue with team members to generate new ideas and develop new strategies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate degree or above.
• Some experience within an analytical or information research related role.
• Technology research experience.
• Ability to quickly grasp and understand market dynamics and organizations.
• Retained search firm experience would be ideal.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Creative thinker with ability to work independently.
• Team player orientation and a high sense of urgency and energy.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
