Point32Health is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our organization as User Experience Designer. The User Experience Designer is responsible for keeping the customer at the heart of everything he/she does while leading user experience for all web and mobile solutions by leveraging strong design thinking capabilities. He/she must deliver easy, functional experiences that meet customer needs and delight their senses, while achieving business value. Lead our team of digital strategists and marketers in this customer-centric journey to re-engineer everything we do and never settle for OK.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Lead user experience for all web and mobile solutions by leveraging strong design thinking capabilities.

  • Own the end-to-end process of launching key new features on mobile (iOS and Android) and web, to include researching, sketching, designing, launching, measuring and iterating to solve customer needs. As part of the process also create wireframes, clickable prototypes and high fidelity UX flows and designs to guide the development teams.

  • Conduct primary, competitor and market research to inform the experience design. Roll up sleeves and dig into current audience user behaviors to fully understand the design strategy.

  • Develop personas, information architecture, wire frames, visual/interactive design, as well as lead user and usability testing. Value the psychology behind the design as much as the features.

  • Work in close collaboration with a strong team of designers, copywriters, strategists, researchers, project managers to create simple and consistent user-centered experience across platforms. Collaborate with and support the Creative Director to ensure consistency of brand across channels. Must understand the bigger picture of the work at hand within the scope of the initiative and organization. Offer consultative support and move with ease between digital marketing and digital product teams delivering enhancements in both waterfall and agile projects/programs.

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. A minimum of five (5) years of work experience in marketing, user experience or design space required. Must be proficient in industry-standard design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.) as well as have experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript.

  • Must be an experienced UX Designer with deep portfolio of work covering web and mobile UI/UX. and who is both innovative and analytical.

  • He/she must know how to deliver easy, functional experiences that meet customer needs and delight their senses, while achieving business value.

  • Must possess both technical and design skills to turn research into actionable outcomes. Must be driven by the need to innovate, be creative and inspire

  • Resilient, collaborative, flexible.

Working Environment

Normal office conditions with the ability to travel between HPHC locations and external events as the position requires.
