HR Generalist (TEMP)

We are partnered with an innovative company seeking a dynamic HR Generalist (Contract) to join the team! The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and guidance across various areas of human resources, specifically with recruitment and employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration, This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**This is a temporary and onsite position in Anaheim, CA

Core Duties:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop

  • effective sourcing strategies and fill openings in a timely manner.

  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters,

  • including interview techniques and candidate evaluation.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and

  • initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

  • Support employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace conflicts, conducting

  • investigations, and promoting a positive work environment.

  • Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance

  • evaluations, and coaching employees and managers on performance improvement.

  • Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs, and assist in

  • coordinating and delivering training programs.

  • Conduct employee data management, including maintaining HRIS records, generating

  • reports, and analyzing HR metrics.

  • Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to

  • health, retirement, and other employee benefit plans.

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, employee

  • engagement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion programs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred or at least 6 years of HR experience

  • Professional certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.

  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to employment (i.e., discrimination and harassment, wage and -hours, etc.)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong emotional intelligence and decision making skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.




Compensation: $70,000-$78,000/yr
