The goal is to grow you into managing a specific group of households as their Service Advisor, no prospecting or business development required. We help clients turn confusion into confidence as they plan for retirement. We want to deliver so much value that our clients cannot imagine going through retirement without our guidance. Some of that is direct value, like unexpected client service and responding to clients same day. Some is passive value, through our social media activity. Our founder has decided to focus on the marketing engine, allowing you to have a significant role in managing prospective clients and taking our practice to a virtual reality. We are a small and growing team, who all share the same vision to far exceed our clients’ expectations!
You will be an experienced and credentialed CFP, who has worked with complex clients around retirement, estate and tax issues. Other certifications of interest are EA or RICP. You recognize that this is an opportunity to work in our industry, in a new way. You are the opposite of the traditional advisor. You are eager to be in an environment with fresh ideas, where leveraging new concepts and methods is supported and encouraged. You love systems and processes! You thrive on maximizing technology (Wealthbox, Hubly, RightCapital, Schwab) and always look for ways to incorporate efficiencies. You are flexible to be able to sit in meetings and make clients feel cared for and then can switch gears to thought work within the plan, trading, rebalancing, or tax calculations.
In addition to the technical mastery, you are reliable, dependable, and highly loyal. You have an impressive background in relationship management and financial planning, a profound sense for doing the right thing, and a passion for helping clients and team members alike. You can work autonomously without the need for micromanagement and hold yourself accountable for completing your responsibilities. You are never afraid to pick up the phone to call a client and help them. You adopt technology, and look for ways to leverage tech for efficiency and to improve the client experience.
