This role is a remote, early to mid-level position, though we encourage candidates of all experience levels to apply.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This full-time, remote W-2 position offers a base salary of $60,000–$74,000, plus a $6,000 annual health insurance stipend and retirement/profit-sharing bonuses, bringing total compensation within $68,000–$82,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
You will accrue 24 sick/vacation/PTO days, 3 volunteer days, and paid federal holidays per year. Additionally, the firm covers up to $3,000 for professional development, training, and conference attendance to support your growth and development within the firm and industry.
We are a flexible workplace. Our team members take time off to attend to their health, care for family members, attend children’s performances (no matter how mediocre), take vacations, and more. Though some of our work must happen at specific times, we provide flexible hours and schedules. Our team members have thrived professionally in a variety of family situations, including without children, with young children, and with older ones. Candidates seeking a flexible or part-time schedule are welcome to apply, compensation and benefits will be prorated based on the agreed-upon work schedule and hours.
