ABOUT THE ROLE.
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for personalized support and managing diverse responsibilities? We are currently seeking an Associate to play a vital role in our team dedicated to serving ultra-high-net-worth clients. In this position, you will be at the forefront of coordinating various aspects of our clients' financial and personal matters, ranging from investments, taxes, trusts, real estate, legal, and personal concierge support. You’ll work directly with our Founder to ensure a tailored and seamless service experience.
Your primary skill set lies in project management, allowing you to efficiently navigate and oversee tasks from initiation to completion. Collaboration with internal and external partners, coupled with clear communication with the clients we support, will be essential to your success in this role. Your unparalleled ability to uphold client trust and maintain the utmost confidentiality is truly remarkable. Due to the nature of the family office work we do, having accounting education or experience would be immensely helpful.

The Benefits
The role is a full-time, W-2 position. Salary + bonus ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience. Additional benefits include a medical allowance, a retirement plan with a 4% company match, wellness initiatives, paid and volunteer time off, and growth opportunities.
