We are seeking an Associate Financial Planner to support our planning team and clients and contribute to our continued rapid growth. You will collaborate closely with our planning team, learning from them and engaging in several key areas such as:
- Data gathering and analysis
- Developing financial planning recommendations, researching, and resolving complex cases
- Responsibilities around reporting, meeting preparation, client service, plan implementation, and anything else that may help to move the business forward.

Responsibilities will include:
- Support the planning team in their preparation of well-polished documentation and presentation materials for meetings
- Review and organize AI meeting notes on topics covered, changes in clients’ needs, and action items
- Schedule action items in CRM and other databases as necessary
- Complete all action items utilizing firm workflows, processes, procedures
- Assist in financial plan development, including data entry, research, and monitoring for necessary updates
- Generate reports using Orion, Salesforce/Quivr, Fidelity, Holistiplan, etc.
- Collaborate with clients’ other professionals, i.e., attorneys and CPAs, to obtain and communicate necessary information
- Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and goal projections
- Research complex situations, set client expectations, and take proactive steps to resolve inquiries
- Proactively monitor custodian and internal alerts dials for relevant client updates
- Ensure accuracy and continuity of client data across multiple platforms
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, financial planning, or a related field
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in the wealth management industry, supporting one or more financial advisors preferred
- Industry licenses and/or CFP designation (or expectation to obtain quickly)
- Familiarity with industry-specific software (eMoney, Holistiplan, Orion, Quivr) preferred
- Experience working with Fidelity as custodian preferred
- Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required
- The ability to be a self-starter, critical thinker, problem-solver, and goal-oriented team player
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and relationship-building abilities
- Proven ability to multitask, delegate, and manage a busy workload

Compensation: $60K-$90K DOE + bonus/benefits
