We’re expanding our team with a Sr. Content Specialist who knows how to turn ideas into awesome! You will help us develop and expand our educational content, training platform, and marketing resources to support rapid growth.


Getting Creative while Getting it Done: Delivering exceptional and meaningful educational content means you have to be able to research best practices, pick the brains of experts, learn about our clients, and develop content that helps them take action. You know your stuff, are creative, and are willing to explore - and you have a knack for getting things done.

Turning Ideas into Action: Ideas are great, but if clients don't know what or how to implement them, then we haven’t delivered and they won’t get results. You’ll be turning our expertise and your research into educational presentations, white papers, worksheets, dynamic tools, eBooks, marketing content, etc. You're well-versed in Adobe Design, PowerPoint, Excel and are an outstanding writer. You can take complex ideas and make them simple.

Building Things That People Want to Use: We are building tools and guides that help our clients understand best practices, how to implement our recommendations and create accountability. This means our content has to work while being simple, clear and engaging. Strong and expressive writing is a key skill set. A boring email? A weak white paper? A worksheet that doesn’t work. That’s not for us.


Experience: Financial services background highly preferred, specifically supporting or working in an advisory firm or related business. Content creation, analytical skills and editing experience are must-haves. You're a hybrid-professional; not just a writer, not just a researcher, not just a … you get the idea.

Skills: It’s fairly obvious, but we’ll spell it out. Outstanding technical skills, a great attitude, and a propensity toward creativity and excellence are what we’re after. You bring the highest quality and set the bar with your work and team engagement. You have the skills and experience to effectively design and execute content in partnership with thought leaders.

Tech: We are tech-native, meaning you must embrace, enjoy, and excel at using tech. You know programs like Asana, Airtable, Keap, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, LearnDash and more. If you don’t already know it, you’re the kind of person to dive in and figure it out.

Culture: We are a culture-driven firm committed to helping our clients elevate their success and well-being in ways that help us do the same. You can be a solo artist, but you must be an open, positive communicator and work well in a tight-knit team. We’re a fast-growing firm with no shortage of growth opportunities, if you’re into that sort of thing.


  • Base salary: $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience and ability to contribute
  • Performance bonus up to 10% and Profit Sharing bonus up to 10% of salary (5-yr average is 100% payouts)
  • Total compensation potential of $85,000-$95,000 for that special someone

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 DOE
