We are a fast-growing RIA with a clearly defined niche and are looking to hire a Virtual Financial Advisor! Having just surpassed the $100M AUM mark, our founder has decided to focus on the marketing engine and hire an advisor to care for their existing 80+ relationships. This advisor will have a significant role in managing prospective clients and providing mentorship to our team! We believe in delivering massive client value, particularly through our surge cycle meeting periods, and hope to find an advisor that adapts easily and is as passionate as we are in helping a million people retire!
You will be an experienced and credentialed CFP, who has experience working with complex clients around estate and tax issues, that wants to join a forward-thinking firm where you can become the world’s greatest advisor in our niche. You are the opposite of the traditional advisor. You are eager to be in an environment with fresh ideas, where leveraging new concepts and methods is supported and encouraged. You love systems and processes. You are curious about AI and live and breathe Excel and Google Sheets. You thrive on maximizing technology and always look for ways to incorporate efficiencies. You are flexible to be able to sit in meetings and make clients feel cared for and then can switch gears to trading, rebalancing, tax calculations.
In this role, you can expect to come onboard between surge cycles so you can get your bearings and learn who we are, who our clients are and all that we do for them. Your first surge cycle will be shadowing the founder and being introduced to our client set, as well as a considerable portion of post-surge follow up. Your second surge cycle will be reversed, where you are the primary and our founder shadows you, with you handling a significant portion of follow up items. The goal from there is that you can manage majority of our existing client relationships so that our founder can continue to build the marketing approach. You will have some operational support, but majority of client needs are handled by you and our associate advisor. The number one priority for this role is for you to be able to focus on being the best advisor for our clients and their needs. We are dedicated to making our client's retirement even better. We want to leverage your planning skills to build on the decades of our client's hard work and saving for an even better result for their retirement. We have a thriving podcast marketing strategy with over 50K downloads per month so there is no prospecting requirement. It would be a bonus if you are open to being on our podcast to answer listener questions or discuss planning topics.
