This role is technical, requires extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, exceptional attention to detail, and the passion for analyzing and verifying data accuracy. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule upon completion of the training period.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Address client inquiries, process service requests, and ensure prompt, accurate communication
- Onboard new clients and accurately establish accounts for clients in timely fashion
- Prepare and process documents, new applications, checks, distribution, and maintenance forms
- Track accurate completion of account transfers
- Maintenance of accurate data in the CRM
- Prepare reports, data entry, maintain spreadsheets and logs
- Mutual fund, ETF, and equity trading in client accounts (if securities licensed)
- Work closely with the senior operations specialists and provide backup support to the team
- Document workflows and processes
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of operations experience in a professional office setting required
- 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred
- Basic understanding of financial services industry and taxation
- Securities or insurance licensing a plus; SIE, Series 6, Series 7, or others
- Experienced user of database, contact management or CRM Software (Example: Salesforce, Redtail, etc.)
- Advanced Technology Skills and use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

COMPENSATION:
- Competitive base compensation of $60k-$75K, depending on experience
- Bonus potential based on individual and firm performance
