TalentLink Solutions

Client Service Associate

TalentLink Solutions - United States

We are a rapidly growing flat-fee RIA with a clearly defined niche, quietly expanding through the strength of a large and engaged media presence. We help clients turn confusion into confidence as they plan for retirement. We want to deliver so much value that our clients cannot imagine going through retirement without our guidance. Some of that is direct value, like unexpected client service experiences and responding to clients same day. Some is passive value, through our marketing efforts. We are a small and growing team, who all share the same vision to far exceed our clients’ expectations!

We are currently hiring an experienced Client Service Associate who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a genuine desire to do anything and everything possible to support our advisors, our clients, and each other, ensuring smooth firm-wide operations centered on client service. You will make clients feel cared for through onboarding tasks, managing custodial paperwork, client document data management, and supporting the execution of our client service calendar. Internally, you will consistently communicate with the advisory team and others, maximizing technology and always looking for ways to incorporate efficiencies.

You are eager to be in a high impact role, where leveraging new concepts and methods is supported and encouraged. You can work autonomously without the need for micromanagement and hold yourself accountable for completing your responsibilities. In addition to the technical mastery, you are reliable, dependable, and highly loyal. You are exceptionally organized, have amazing attention to detail, and are committed to delivering a smooth and confidence-inspiring experience for our clients with every interaction. You are a critical thinker and anticipate subsequent events, with an unwavering ability to figure things out, even with little to no direction. You are a solutions-oriented professional who embraces technology. You love to learn and are always finding ways to improve and expand your impact. You offer proactive service and thrive in doing the little things to make those around you have the best experience possible.

Education: We value education and continuous learning and are looking for a bachelor's degree minimum. Anyone with an advanced degree, licensing, or relevant certifications showcasing their alignment with our values will get priority viewing.

Tech: We are tech forward so prefer those that can spotlight experience with our tech stack, or similar technologies, including Wealthbox, Hubly, Jotform, and Zapier.
