Position Overview
This is a unique relationship-driven role that is a blend of responsibilities across the team, intended to support all team members in managing and expanding the proactive services for clients. You will thrive on talking to people, be an active listener and a person that loves to see results accomplished and clients taken care of. Our clients deserve 5-star treatment, and we believe it’s a combination of the little and the big things that will create the most amazing experience and feeling of value they should have. This will be a diverse role that begins with knowing our clients and their families, so that you can build the experience around that knowledge. You will need a keen eye for detail and the ability to hear the unsaid. You genuinely care for people and delight in honoring them at every turn. You are also quite creative and seek out unique ideas! This is an important hire for our team, where we get to take something we currently do well and turn it into a “best in nation” delivery! The ideal hire will have industry experience; those with exceptional white glove customer experience may also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, respond to client inquiries, identify, research, and resolve service issues, working closely with the advisory and service teams
- Build and maintain deep, meaningful client relationships; maintain regular communication with clients to understand specific scenarios, family updates, and the things that are most important to them
- Manage post-meeting follow up, coordinating all items with advisory team, client and service teams, see items are fully executed
- Make outbound calls to established and prospective clients to update about events, remind about meetings, gather information, and build the relationship
- Be the point person for concierge services for our clients
- Plan, execute, and promote client events
- Create “surprise and delight” gifts and recognition for clients and team members
- Proactively communicate with advisory team, providing updates and addressing concerns, as well as helping them to stay current on open tasks
- Work closely with clients on outstanding items, providing support, guidance, and gentle reminders when needed
- Maintain accurate client records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations
- Maintain adequate understanding of and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements
- Additional tasks may arise in the course of your work, we are always eager to support each other for the greater good of the client
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- FINRA licensing would be a plus (SIE, Series 7 & Series 66 or equivalent)
- 3+ years of progressive experience in the wealth management industry, supporting one or more financial advisors preferred
- Passion for client services and delivering the red carpet treatment
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills, ability to build rapport, exhibit empathy, and provide exceptional client service
- Outstanding attention to detail with accuracy and follow through
- Task orientated, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple requests
- Ability to lead and work within a team
- CRM software highly preferred
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Relationship-oriented, values-focused, and results-driven
Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000
