Experience:
Must have;
· Minimum ten (10) years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Project Director.
· Experience in cybersecurity program management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
· Proven track record of coordinating multi-departmental initiatives and driving accountability.
· Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive plan to address the audit recommendations on cybersecurity readiness.
· Establish project governance.
· Coordinate and facilitate planning sessions (but not limited to) scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, recording actions items, and developing plans of action.
· Coordinate efforts among various business lines to ensure a consistent and effective implementation.
· Monitor and report progress against the plan; identifying and communicating any cross organizational impacts and ensuring that key milestones are achieved.
· Monitor issue and risk prioritization, progress tracking, and resolution process.
· Prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior management.
· Collaborate with third party solution providers in the resolution of any issues.
· Develop a project plan, prepare status reports, prepare presentations to senior staff, facilitate workshops, and prepare document deliverables.
· Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive plan to address the audit recommendations on cybersecurity readiness.
· Establish project governance.
