Oracle Payroll Lead - Contract

Our client is a global Tier 1 Systems Integrator with projects in Canada. We are looking for someone at the consultant/senior consultant level with experience as an Oracle Payroll Lead.

This role is based in Ontario Canada and is fully remote.

Role Start Date - ASAP

Role End Date - Sep 30, 2025

No. Hrs/Days/Week? - 40hrs - Full-Time

Pay Rate to Contractor - Open Market Rate

Description of Services/Scope of Services

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Module
• Lead design sessions, solution build, retrofit analysis, unit testing, upgrade analysis and all applicable documentation (Configuration workbook, functional specifications, test cases)
• Provide support during integration testing, lead payroll reconciliation, user testing, cutover and post production support
• Responsible for status reports including managing risks, decisions, action items and escalations to Project Manager as applicable
• Collaboratively work with OTL & Absence Leads in designing the solutions that meet the requirements

Skills/Experience

• Oracle Payroll Lead / Oracle Payroll Module (Canadian Payroll)
• Functional resource with deep knowledge on process and configuration for payroll
• Nice to have: Understanding of Oracle Time & Labor and/or Oracle Absence Management
