What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the on-site leader for multifamily construction projects

  • Supervise subcontractors and field operations to ensure on-time, on-budget, code-compliant delivery

  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain quality standards

  • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams

  • Report to the Project Manager and Director of Operations with regular updates

  • Maintain a positive, productive jobsite environment

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in ground-up multifamily construction

  • Proven success leading complex construction projects as a superintendent

  • Strong knowledge of trades and construction sequencing

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and schedules

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable being hands-on and leading by example

  • High school diploma or college degree

Additional Information

  • Start Date: Targeting mid-June start; will hire earlier for the right candidate

  • Relocation: Available for qualified candidates within the U.S.

  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
