Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Control & Data Management – Program and manage project data, ensuring accurate cost and progress tracking.
  • Financial Oversight – Prepare and maintain project cash flow to align with execution requirements.
  • Forecasting & Analysis – Analyze project status, evaluate cost forecasts, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Historical Data Utilization – Use past performance data to maintain realistic planning and forecasting.
  • Cost Management – Lead cost documentation and distribution for capital projects.
  • Scheduling & Planning – Develop and maintain critical path logic networks, bar charts, and work breakdown structures.
  • Client & Stakeholder Reporting – Prepare reports, graphs, and forecasts to ensure project management transparency.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration – Interface with Procurement, Engineering, and Finance teams to align project goals.
  • System & Software Utilization – Work with ERP/CRM systems, scheduling tools like Primavera P6/P8, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 5 – 8 years of progressive experience in project controls, project management, or business operations.
  • Industry Experience: Engineering or heavy industrial industries preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • ERP/CRM systems (SAP, SAP PS module preferred).
  • Scheduling tools (Primavera P6/P8, Microsoft Project).
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience managing high-level clients and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects efficiently.
