Commercial Project Manager
Location: Greenville, SC | Regional Travel Required (SC, NC, GA, Eastern TN)

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with excellent growth potential supporting major remodel programs for national retailers such as Walmart, Publix, and Sam’s Club. Projects are typically 3 months in duration, and the ideal candidate will live in the Southeastern region (SC, NC, GA, Eastern TN) to allow for weekly travel while still being able to return home regularly.

About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead multiple fast-paced commercial remodel projects across the Southeast. You’ll coordinate with field Superintendents, manage subcontractor relationships, oversee budgets and schedules, and act as the primary liaison between the jobsite and client.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee planning and execution of commercial remodel projects from inception through closeout
Coordinate jobsite logistics, safety, schedule, and subcontractors
Serve as the key point of contact for client communication
Travel weekly across the region to supervise work and maintain quality standards
Work night shifts as required for project access and schedule adherence
Track and report on project performance, budget, and risk mitigation
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction management
Experience with Publix, Walmart, or Sam’s Club remodels required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands-on approach to solving construction issues in the field
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Proficiency with MS Office required; Procore experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel frequently and work nights
Strong client-facing and organizational abilities
