What You’ll Do:
Serve as a technical lead on complex structural projects from concept through construction
Perform detailed design and analysis of structural systems using industry-standard software
Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, and other consultants
Mentor and support the professional development of junior engineers
Engage in project management and client interaction as needed, building long-term client relationships
Contribute to a collaborative, team-driven culture that values technical excellence and personal growth
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Minimum 10+ years of structural engineering experience on building projects
Strong working knowledge of ETABS, RISA, RAM, Revit, and other structural analysis/design tools
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior staff
A collaborative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage technical and project responsibilities while contributing to an engaged team environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
